Enquiries & Booking for Antibes Selfcatering Flat

Reservation Enquiries for the Antibes Old Town Apartment can be made via the booking enquiry form or by phone, to Mark McCraw.

Provisional & Confirmed Bookings:

On receipt of a Reservation Enquiry for the Antibes Selfcatering Flat, a Booking Form will be completed and a Provisional Booking will be held for up to 5 days pending confirmation. On confirmation, a deposit of £150 or 200 Euros is required. The full cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks prior to arrival at the Antibes apartment. On arrival our Manager will take a deposit of 300 Euros or £200.00 plus 100 Euros. This is fully refundable if nothing is broken, damaged and no special cleaning is required. Rental prices do not include the 80 Euro cleaning and laundry fee. Please note this is deducted from your deposit.

Cancellation charges for the Antibes Old Town Apartment are applied as follows:

Payment can be made by cheque drawn on UK bank account, or bank transfer to UK or French bank. Details of payment methods will be provided at time of booking confirmation.
