The Edinburgh city centre apartment is an ideal location for the many special events that are organised in the city throughtout the year such as the Edinburgh Festival, Edinburgh International Tattoo, Bank of Scotland Fireworks, and the Famous New Year Celebrations. Also within easy walking distance to our self-catering apartment are many of Edinburgh's tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, Whisky Heritage Centre, National Museum/Art Gallery of Scotland, Edinburgh Dungeon, Scottish Parliament, Scots Monument, and Holyrood Palace. Nearby to the city centre apartment, there is a wide choice of excellent shops, bars, resturants, cinemas and theatres.

Sleeping four to six persons, this recently refurbished city centre apartment comprises of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, living room with leather sofa and one sofa bed, modern kitchen and bathroom.

The self-catering Edinburgh city centre apartment is located on the ground floor within a refurbished building. Found within a secluded square, the apartment is just thirty seconds walk off the Royal Mile, an ideal location especially during the Edinburgh Fringe.

Livingroom

The holiday flat in Edinburgh has a large livingroom / diningroom with a modern fireplace as a centre feature. There is also a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal after a days sightseeing or relax in the leather sofa watching tv. The double sofa bed offers an additional bed for families with more than 2 children.

Kitchen

Our self-catering flat has a modern oak-style fitted kitchen consisting of all new appliances with an electric ceramic hob and stainless steel oven. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and fridge freezer.

Bathroom

The bathroom consists of a white bathroom suite with electric mira shower, wc, hand basin, bath, and central heating.

Bedroom 1

Our Edinburgh city centre apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which are located to the front and rear of the property and offer ample room during your stay. Due to the building being in such a quiet area, you will definitely get a good night's sleep.
